3. Account Registration

  • All activities under your account will be deemed as your responsibility.
  • Notify RjPoshak immediately if you suspect unauthorize access.
  • RjPoshak reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for policy violations or fraudulent activity.

4. Product Listings and Descriptions

  • Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all product information (images, descriptions, prices) is accurate and up to date.
  • Minor variations in color or design may occur due to photographic lighting or display settings.
  • RjPoshak does not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free.

5. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as specified.
  • Payments can be made via secure online methods (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets).
  • RjPoshak reserves the right to modify pricing or promotional offers without prior notice.
  • In case of incorrect pricing or listing error, the order may be canceled with full refund.

6. Order Placement and Acceptance

  • Orders are accepted once confirmed by RjPoshak and/or the respective seller.
  • We may cancel an order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or quality issues.
  • Customers will be notified via registered email or SMS in case of cancellation.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • RjPoshak manages logistics through reliable courier partners.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, product type, or seller dispatch timelines.
  • Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.
  • Delays due to external factors (e.g., weather, strikes) are not our responsibility.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Returns and refunds follow our Return Policy, available on the website.
  • Products must be returned in original condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
  • Refunds are processed after quality inspection and may take 5–7 business days.
  • Prepaid and COD refunds are issued as per the original payment mode or wallet credit.

9. Preorders and Backorders

  • Preordered products are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided but may vary.
  • Full or partial advance payment may be required for preorder confirmation.

10. Seller Terms

  • Sellers must comply with all listing, packaging, and shipping guidelines issued by RjPoshak.
  • Pickup requests, labeling, and RTO (Return to Origin) handling must follow the Seller Policy.
  • Non-compliance may result in penalties, wallet deductions, or account suspension.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on RjPoshak (logos, product photos, text, graphics, software) is the property of RjPoshak or its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

12. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post or share false, misleading, or offensive content.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with site operations.
  • Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

Violation of these rules may lead to suspension or permanent ban of your account.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • RjPoshak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our services.
  • Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the order amount paid.
